You must insert your membership number (on Starter Pack or Journal label). The search fee is for a search of one name. Name variants will be searched for where possible.
Search Requirements
  As these censuses are indexed by name, the minimum requirement for a search is the Surname and Forename. However, narrowing the search with additional information is more than useful.
  Fill in the details below and send it in with a stamped self-addressed envelope and a cheque or payment order payable to Herts. F.H.S. If you want a reply by Email, fill in your Email address as well and omit the envelope.
